All orders placed on Flair Junkie are dispatched through our third party courier service partners – such as Blue Dart, Delivery, Ecomexpress Etc.
1) A convenience fee ( service charge) might be levied under one of the following circumstances:
If the order value is below a certain amount.
There might be a small post order payment charge for the COD orders as the courier partners charge us for the same.
2) In such unfortunate events like lost or undelivered orders to the customer, the full value of the order will be refunded, including the convenience fee, if you have paid it online.
3) If in any case a customer cancels or returns an order, Convenience Fee might not be refunded. In some unlike events for accounts whose return behavior does not adhere to the fair usage of Flair Junkie policies, Convenience fee will not be refunded irrespective of order value*.
